Assessments
Starting January 2024 the monthly assessment is $97.00 per unit.
Assessments are due on the 1st of the month. Payments must be received by the 15th of the month to avoid interest and late fees.
It is strongly recommended to setup an Auto Pay for peace of mind and to avoid late fees.
Assessment Payment Methods
The following methods may be used to pay assessments:
- Setting Up Automatic Payments (recommended)
Fill out the Auto Pay Form and return it to Compass office
Note: The withdrawn amount will automatically change if the assessment is changed.
- Mailing a Check to the Bank

3. Paying Online
Visit the Compass website at GoCompass.com and after logging in click the My Account menu, and select the Assessments and Payments option. Payments may be made with a debit/credit card, by e-check or with your PayPal account.
Note: Convenience fees apply to these online payment options.

5. Paying Personally in Compass Office
The check can be dropped off in person at the Compass office at the address below:
